Bring to a boil 1 can of coconut milk, 1/2 tbsp. curry powder, 1 tbsp. lime juice, chopped onions, chopped watercress, 2 minced garlic, 1 tbsp. arrowroot(for thickening), and seasoning to taste(salt, pepper, garlic, paprika, oregano, thyme). Boil for 8mins.

Chop your salmon.
I did not take a picture of this step, but coat the salmon with olive oil. Season to taste. In skillet heat both side till they're brown. This will give the salmon some texture. Another option is to cook the salmon in the sauce made above in Step 1 and ignore Step 3.
