I know I'm not alone is this area. Remember I said I would exercise, eat properly, and take my vitamins? Well, so far I do eat properly and take the prenatal, but exercising is a challenge for me. I exercised for 4 days consecutively and after that I was very sore so, I quit. Yes I know, I suck at being consistent. Do you have an exercise routine? If so what is it and how do you remain consistent?
